Brothers Osborne Opened Up at Home This Year

Brothers Osborne just hit the road with Dierks Bentley for the opening weekend of the Mountain High tour last weekend. With a packed summer of arena and amphitheater dates with Dierks, as well as some fair and festival shows, John and TJ  are ready for the challenge of passing the many hours of downtime before actually getting to hit the stage each night. John and TJ talk about how they while away the hours: "A lot of people don't know that. A lot of what you do is sit around and wait but we find things to get into. A lot of people go exercise or go out for runs. We take our bikes out and ride our bikes around. I like bringing out a recording rig and making music because that's always fun. (TJ) And I've just recently gotten into taking photography, like film photography. We get to go to these really cool places all the time and I kind of felt like at one point and day a light bulb went off and I was like, 'How am I not capturing these things,' you know? Sometimes we go some place and we're like, 'Okay, this boring and I don't know that we need to remember this one,' but quite often we're (in) these small towns that are really cool and you get there and you're like, 'Man there's so much great history here, and the people are cool,' and I've been trying to capture a lot of that lately."

Brothers Osborne play a headlining show on Friday (May 25th) in Charleston, SC. The Mountain High tour ramps back up on May 31st in Cincinnati, OH.

Brothers Osborne perform on tonight's (Monday, May 21st) episode of NBC’s Late Night Seth Meyers. The duo will perform “Weed, Whiskey and Willie” from their new album, Port Saint Joe.
