Cyber Monday is here. A survey by CareerBuilder reveals that 7% of employers have fired someone for shopping online at work. Other findings:
- over 50% of employees will do some online holiday shopping from work
- 33% of employees think they’re less productive in December
- 20% of workers will spend between one and three hours browsing Internet deals from the office over the course of the holiday season
- 51% of employers block certain Websites from the office
