Cutting back calories and making healthier choices leads to losing weight.  Turns out this yummy water trick can help, too.

1.  Citrus fruit:  Add oranges, lemons, and other citrus fruit to speed up metabolism and get a dose of Vitamin C.  Vitamin C helps the body burn fat. Plus, it takes great.  Think: 3-4 slices.

2.  Cucumber Slices:  This natural diuretic also has Vitamin A and C.  It helps to flush toxins and rev up metabolism.

3.  Cayenne Pepper: Capsaicin increases your metabolism. But if spicy water doesn't sound appealing, try adding tart blueberries and strawberries to cut the taste.
