Dierks Bentley tops the Billboard and Mediabase country airplay charts this week with "I Hold On." This is the first chart-topper from Dierks' new album, Riser.

He said, "I've said from the beginning, if you want to know who I am in three minutes and thirty seconds, play this song. The fact that country radio and the fans got on board for this one, and that I'm getting such great feedback to the entire album is so overwhelming. . . "

Dierks wrote "I Hold On" after the death of his father last year. The singer videotaped this message of thanks which he released yesterday.
