The wait is finally over for patient Jason Aldean fans who have been waiting for new music from the singer. Jason releases the brand new single called "Burnin' It Down," today,a song he debuted live in Cleveland and Cincinnati over the weekend.

The song is a little different for Jason, who tells us he wanted to mix things up this time around. "Everytime we've released an album we've tried to come out with the first song off of it be a big uptempo. At the same time, I don't want to feel like we keep doing the same thing, so this was a song that came in that I thought was really cool and different and it was different than anything we'd really put out, and so I don't know. It was just kind of for me. It was just about trying to go in a little bit of a different direction to launch an album and it probably is probably the steamiest song we've ever put out. I mean, I thought 'Dirt Road Anthem' was pretty sexy but that's just me, and I love the song. I think it's one of those things that maybe people don't really expect to hear from us, which I like to throw those songs in every now and then."

"Burnin' It Down" is the first single from Jason's upcoming album, due out by the end of the year.

The song was reportedly co-written by Florida Georgia Line members Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley.
