Kevin Sharp died on Saturday (April 19th) at his home in Redding, California. The 43-year-old singer and motivational speak was best known for his chart-topping 1996 hit, "Nobody Knows."
According to a message posted on Sharp’s website, "Sharp died from ongoing complications from past stomach surgeries and digestive issues. He was a survivor of a form of blood cancer."
Funeral arrangements for Sharp are pending.
A memorial service celebrating Sharp's life is being planned for the near future in Nashville.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Sharp was a spokesperson for the organization.
