Brantley Gilbert Releases Video Today, Heads to the DE State Fair Tomorrow

Brantley Gilbert and Lindsay Ell's performance of their hit duet, "What Happens In A Small Town," was one of the highlights of the recent CMA Music Festival and will be featured on the upcoming ABC-TV special, CMA Fest. While the performance no doubt looked great to the audience, Brantley says it was less than enjoyable for him and Lindsay. He explains: "That was one of my most uncomfortable moments ever in my entire career. When Thomas Rhett and Kelsea introduced us we knew something was up cause we couldn't hear 'em at all in our in-ears. You know, there's about a three-second delay if not more in that stadium. Like, neither one of us can hear, so she told me she was going off me. I was kind of trying to follow her, so that was pretty nerve-wracking. We just grabbed on to a beat and somewhere in between the two just kind of hammered down and went for it(laughs). It was kind of the only option there. Yeah, that s*#@ was terrifying. I'm a little nervous about watching it."

The performance was filmed at Nashville's Nissan Stadium. CMA Fest will air on ABC on August 4th at 8 p.m. ET.

Brantley will premiere the video for one of his upcoming album cuts, "Man That Hung The Moon," at 10 a.m. this morning on YouTube.
