A new survey by One Poll reveals that men care more about Valentine's Day than women. Other findings:
- 50% of men expect their partner to put in maximum effort for the holiday, while only 36% of women feel the same way.
- 60% of people give their partner an F grade when it comes to romance on February 14th.
