Scammers are targeting Delaware Electric Cooperative customers. DEC officials say a customer recently received a phone call offering him a 30-percent discount if he provided his debit card information. The impostor even provided a name and bode number in an attempt to trick the customer. DEC is reminding folks they will never ask for your personal information over the phone.
