Shania Twain's "Life's About to Get Good" Video is Here!

Shania Twain has released a video to go along with "Life's About To  Get Good," the first single from her upcoming album, Now. The clip was directed by Matthew Cullen (Katy Perry, Weezer, Beck), and features the superstar shaking off a lost love and embracing the future. It even features a quick return to Shania's "Man I Feel Like A Woman" video costume which she proves she can still pull off!

Shania said, “I was at home, looking out at the ocean, and I said to myself, ‘Here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it’s so beautiful out. I’m not in the mood to write a feeling-sorry-for-myself song.' You can’t have the good without the bad. And that’s what the song ended up being about.”

Shania says even though "Life's About To Get Good" tells her true story of total heartbreak, it's anything but a depressing song. "Well, every time I hear the song it makes me happy and as many times now as I've heard the song it still just picks me up when I hear it. It just cheers me up and it makes me feel good, so what I'm looking forward to is that effect on the listener. I'm just happy that this song ended up being the first single. It was a tough decision, really tough decision. It's hard for me to be objective but I want people to feel how good this song can make them feel and appreciate the story in it.
