On Sunday, August 20th a group of dedicated volunteers are sponsoring the Inagural Corporal Stephen J. Ballard Memorial 5K and Kiddie K beginning at 8:15 a.m. at Arenas Deli at the Delaware Coastal Airport (Georgetown Airport). Corporal Ballard tragically lost his life in the line of duty in Bear, DE on April 26th of this year. Please help to support the official Delaware State Police Fund for the Ballard Family by coming out and honoring a local hero.
