Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carellare ready for their close-ups in the newly released trailer for Apple’s The Morning Show. The drama, which already has a two-season, 20-episode order, features an inside look at the lives of morning news show hosts. Brian Stelter's book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV serves as background for the show.
Fans are getting their first look at The Politician, an eight episode series from Ryan Murphy, which marks his first with Netflix. Murphy famously signed a $300M deal with the streamer in February of 2018. The story will follow Ben Plattas Payton Hobart, a young man who dreams of becoming president of the U.S. Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange,Lucy Boynton and Dylan McDermott also appear. The Politician debuts Sept. 27 on Netflix.
