Maryland Governor Larry Hogan spoke at the State House Thursday afternoon to "announce major actions that the state is taking to protect public health" amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Hogan declared a State of Emergency and mandated all public schools close beginning Monday, March 16th thru March 27th.
