A dog in England is living proof that Valentine's Day heartbreak doesn't just apply to humans. Recently, an animal shelter in Kent put together a party for Luke the dog to celebrate the holiday since he's lived at the shelter for over 200 days. But nobody showed up. The staff thinks Luke hasn't been adopted yet because of his nervous personality. The shelter's manager says despite some quirks, the dog has "so much love to offer the right person."
