WTRF says a Wheeling, West Virginia woman, nicknamed Mrs. Claus, baked 7,000 cookies for a holiday fundraiser. Jody Miller and her elves started baking at the beginning of November. She is selling her cookies to raise money for the Heather Miller Memorial Scholarship Fund. Jody started the fund after her daughter was killed in a car crash in 2008. Heather was just weeks away from graduating from nursing school. The fund raises money for scholarships
