The NY Post says London's Dudley Library has waived a $52,400 overdue fee. "The Law For Motorists" was checked out from the library 58 years ago by a teenager named David Hickman. Hickman recently returned to the area and brought the book with him. He says, “I used to come across it now and then and think, ‘I must pop that back next time I’m in Dudley'. I even considered posting it anonymously, but then I decided I would face the music and take it back in person.”
