A study by the snack company Kallo reveals that the average adult consumes junk food 122 times per month. Other findings:

- 13% of people give in to their sweet tooth cravings every time

- 25% of people feel unhealthy after eating sweets
- 33% of people feel both satisfied AND guilty after they give in to cravings
