Breaking Latest News says a recent study from Australia reveals that exercising in the evening reduces the risk of death by 61%. Researchers studied 30,000 people and found exercising in the evening also reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 36% and microvascular disease by 24%. Exercising in the morning reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 17%. Exercising in the afternoon reduces it by 16%. Exercising in the morning reduces the risk of death by 33% while exercising in the afternoon reduces it by 40%.
