A new study by Fortune magazine reveals that 42% of women feel they need close friends at work, compared to only 34% of men. Other findings:
- 56% of women have close friends at work, compared to 50% of men
- 46% of women say they need a mentor, while only 36% of men feel the same
- 36% of women have found a mentor, compared to 29% of men.
