As the temperatures continue to drop, Del-DOT is reminding drivers about the dangers of deer along state roads. Officials say the four-legged animals tend to come out more around dusk and dawn. Typically if you see one deer, more are in the area. Driving distraction free and maintaining the speed limit are good ways to avoid hitting a deer.
