A new survey by Travelbinger reveals that people would need $287,731 in the bank to drop everything and travel the world. Other findings:
- Gen Z’ers say they would need $211,000 to quit their job and travel, while boomers wouldn't do it for less than $335,000
- 32% of people would take over $500,000 to prioritize traveling
- 18% would set sail for less than $50,000 while 17% said there's no amount they would take to travel
- 15% of people would start off their million-dollar travel budget by taking friends and family on a dream vacation
