A new survey by the pet tech company Whisker reveals that 34% of cat owners would ghost a potential romantic partner if they were allergic to cats. Other findings:
- 62% of pet parents would end a relationship if their partner simply didn't like their cat
- 35% of people have felt embarrassed to bring a date home because of their cat's litter box
- 44% of people say their cat has 'third-wheeled' on a date night
- The average cat parent has over 600 photos of their cat on their phone
