A new study by Dazed Digital reveals that the average adult spends 88 days a year on their phone. Other findings:
- Gen Z adults spend over six-and-a-half hours a day online
- 52% of adults feel overwhelmed by social media pressure
- Time spent socializing has decreased by 35% in the last 24 years
- 62% of adults feel lonely at times
-10% of people are glued to their screens for 12 hours a day
