Sleep Survey

A new survey by Talker Research reveals that the average person falls asleep at 11:18 p.m. Other findings:

- The average bedtime routine starts at 10:15 p.m.

- It takes about 40 minutes for people to fall asleep after getting into bed

- 53% of parents with school-aged children anticipate getting less sleep once school starts again

-49% of people say they sleep better when their partner is next to them 

-29% of people say they stay up late because they are busy doing chores 

-63% of people get a bad night's sleep when their partner snores
