A new survey by Bankrate reveals that 49% of holiday shoppers plan to start buying gifts before Halloween. Other findings:
- 41% of holiday shoppers are concerned that gifts will be more expensive this year
- Toy prices have jumped by 2.2% this year
- Retailers are offering more early deals and reshaping the holiday shopping season
