A new survey by Gallup reveals that 93% of recent college graduates feel they are prepared for the job world. Only 54% of employers agree. Other findings:

-88% of students say they believe their degrees are enough to walk them right into a job
-50% of hiring managers say recent college graduates lack motivation
-46% of hiring managers say recent college graduates lack professionalism
-39% of hiring managers say recent college graduates have poor communication skills
