An Oregon woman says karma is the reason she won the jackpot. Ann Charkowicz told Oregon Lottery officials she bought the winning ticket after she rescued a toddler from traffic. She purchased the one-million-dollar winning ticket from the Safeway she works at figuring since she did something good, something good might happen to her. She plans to keep the money in a savings account until the economy stabilizes.
