Del-DOT is sending an important message to all motorists. Drivers should slow down and move over whenever you are approaching a roadside worker or flashing lights. The message comes as there's been 54 incidents in 2024 where a vehicle has struck a Del-DOT employee or a piece of equipment. Officials say the same rules apply whenever you see a law enforcement official or emergency vehicle on the side of the road.
