The NY Post says TikTokers are calling out the phrase "You're too good for me" for being the ultimate dating cop-out. Dating forums have been filling up with stories about people using the cliche as a means of gently breaking up with someone. Many are slamming the phrase for being disrespectful and preventing the person getting dumped from receiving real closure. Clinical psychologist Phoebe Rogers says, "It's a cop-out. They don't want to have an uncomfortable conversation."
