Cow For Sale???

Getting a call from a person who dialed the wrong number is pretty common, but being called multiple times about selling your cow when you have no cow to sell is strange. That's what happened to 19-year-old Shannon Barbour of Charlottesville, Virginia last week. People began calling Barbour about an ad they saw on Craigslist for a $50 heifer. He ignored the first call on Thursday (July 27th), but woke up Friday (July 28th) to a ton of missed calls and texts. He said, "Fifty dollars for a whole cow is kind of suspicious. I guess the farmers saw it and just went nuts for it. That's how it is here." Barbour added the advertisement was posted anonymously, so he may have been the victim of a prank.
