This time every year, Chris Young takes the liberty of turning his parents' front yard into a Christmas wonderland, although it's not necessarily very appreciated. Chris says "I just leave it to their yard. I still go and decorate my parents' yard every year. My mom told me last year, she's like, 'It's not the problem that you decorate our yard with so much random stuff or that it looks like the Griswold house.' She was like, 'It's that you don't come back to undecorate the front yard.' I leave that up to my dad, so I don't think he loves me as much after Christmas during that process but I still do that every year."
Chris recently got in the holiday spirit with a performance onCMA Country Christmas, which aired on ABC earlier this month.
He continues climbing the charts with "Drowning," the latest single from his upcoming Raised On Country album. No release date has yet been announced.
