The Male Romper Company That Debuted Male Rompers is Going out of Business

Do you remember RompHim? The company that makes rompers for men went viral in 2017, but their time has sadly come to an end, with its founders announcing to customers yesterday that they're going out of business. One of the four co-founders, Daniel Webster-Clark, told BuzzFeed News, they could no longer devote the time to the company they'd begun as a side project while at business school together. He said, "We ran it for as long as we could, but we weren't able to come out with the new styles and be as innovative as all our customers deserve." RompHim got international attention when the founders launched a Kickstarter fundraiser in 2017, with it even earning the attention and mockery ofSaturday Night Live. But they raised over $350,000 and orders started coming in, and then other competitors entered the male romper field. But the popularity didn't last for long, falling off after the summer of 2017.
