KMSP says a Chisago County, Minnesota driver recently tried to get out of a ticket by presenting a police officer with a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
The police posted a picture of the Monopoly card along with the caption; ''Last night a deputy did a traffic stop, and the driver handed him this card, along with his driver’s license. Unfortunately the state of Minnesota does not recognize this as a valid document. Points for the effort and humor though!''
The police would not reveal what the driver was pulled over for or if he got a ticket.
