A survey by the National Confectioners Association reveals that 80% of parents steal candy from their kids. 25% of these parents steal when their child is sleeping or at school. Other findings:
- 19% of parents lie about stealing Halloween candy
- 66% of parents purchased their favorite Halloween candy for distribution on October 31st
