Peanut Butter Good For Weight Loss: A study by the Harvard School of Public Health reveals that peanut butter is good for weight loss

Nutritionist Sophie Dylan tells The Sun; ''It’s true, nuts are a high fat, calorie-dense addition to any meal or snack. However, to villainise nuts would be to ignore the multiple benefits of including healthy dietary fats in our diet. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, such as those found in nuts, help to lower total cholesterol (and LDL), whilst increasing HDL (good cholesterol), and intake has been shown to aid with weight-loss and the reduction in body fat.''

Women Shaving Legs With PBJ: The Daily Mirror claims women are shaving their legs with peanut butter because of how smooth it makes them.

London dermatologist Susan Mayou tells the paper: "Peanut butter has a moisturizing effect because it is oily. Even used just as a beauty product, it can be highly allergenic. It can bring the user out in hives and anyone using the same bathroom could be in danger of a contact rash."
