Exercise Survey

A new survey by Nature’s Bounty reveals that 57% of people say they get enough exercise without a gym membership. Other findings:

- 48% of people prefer outdoor exercises like running, hiking, or biking

- 31% of people use home workout equipment or online exercise classes

- 22% of people take part in neighborhood fitness groups or classes.

- 54% of people never go to the gym but believe they can get enough exercise through everyday tasks. 

- 98% of people think they workout while doing daily activities

- 74% of people consider walking around the neighborhood a form of exercise

- 17% of people feel 10 years younger by staying active
