Worcester County is accepting donations for McDowell County, North Carolina residents who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene. From now until noon on Friday. The county is collecting over-the-counter medical supplies, bug spray and diapers for all ages from babies to adults. Donations can also include juice boxes, sports drinks, individually packaged, single-serving snacks and pet products needed include dry and wet dog and cat food. Drop off locations include the county's Government Center, Recreation Center in Snow Hill and library branches in Berlin, Ocean Pines, and Snow Hill.
