Vacation time has arrived in the First State. Delawareans are urged to prepare their vehicles before taking a road trip. All drivers should take a moment to check their fluid levels, tire pressure, air conditioning and your battery. In addition, make sure your lights and windshield wipers are good to go as well. As always, be mindful of others on the road and never drive intoxicated.
