Delaware leaders want to see more people plant trees. To help make it happen, the Tree for Every Delawarean Initiative has announced funding to seven new projects statewide. It would add 35-thousand trees in 2024 and push the total up to 200-thousand by the end of the year. Last year, nearly 11-thousand trees were planted using TEDI funds.
